Refund policy

No money is returned. If you have a claim for a return, you have up to five (5) days after receiving your order to make it.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition in which you received it unused, with the labels and in its original packaging. If your item is received without labels, worn, altered, washed or damaged, the return will NOT be accepted.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at naaharaboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, return credits are valid for 30 days from the day of purchase. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item or items.

All items for sale in the SALE collection is a FINAL purchase.
